Fire suspends ringing at St. Peter & St. Andrew.

Old Windsor Parish Church

During Easter Sunday 2008 St. Peters & St. Andrews suffered an electrical fire which caused massive structural damage to the roof. This in itself did not affect the tower or the bells but the movement of the tower during ringing could have resulted in more damage being done or even the total collapse of the entire roof. Sadly all ringing was suspended.
